The transgender artist Juno Birch on IG: @junobirch has launched a new fashion in the making of selfie. Bizarre and flashy, nothing but his miniature ceramics of extraordinary resemblance. His is an aspect that certainly does not pass unnoticed: exaggerated blond wig, sunglasses pink, skin color smurf that sometimes turns purple and eyebrows long and super thin. Humor is the key to Birch's art, which does not tackle anything too serious or problematic, especially after having fought hard during its personal journey. "Taking everything in a playful way is my way of dealing with being trans" revealed.

He Loves to define his works "alien beauties", in each of them embraces the male and female worlds, marrying both sides. His art does not speak to trans people, because every trans is completely different. Its characters have strong and exaggerated feminine characteristics, large breasts and protruding mouths, but at the same time have broad shoulders and Adam's apple. This, explains Juno, not to feel insecure in the artificial, to accept and love totally what is still present despite the transformation.

The main Territory of his works are the years 50s and 60s. From furnishing to lifestyle, Birch finds that delightfully simple era but also rich in artificial beauty. For the artist every alien depicted plays to be a woman, it plays to be a robot, since under each woman there is an artificial robot which plays to build itself, just as Juno has in the years built its own character.

Inspiring Muses that are often referred to are the blondissima Jennifer Coolidge, Meryl Streep and Catherine O'hara. Of them admires the glamorous and fabulous side despite the passage of time. Another, obvious, inspiration is the film Tim Burton's Mars Attacks! In The film The aliens disguise themselves as human beings, or do things to deceive humans, but never in a completely perfect way.
